Features a front sewn elastic band which wraps tightly around the wheelchair footrests, and a rear cinch drawstring to secure the cover bottom around the wheels. The Manual Wheelchair Cover includes (4) grommet tie down points for highway travel and a handy carrying pouch. Please note: The Folding Manual Wheelchair Cover is not intended for highway use without using a securing device such as rope or cords over the top and through the grommet holes.
